What We Did
We created and executed a social media framework and strategy for SureCall across Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We managed the editorial calendar process, owned all content ideation and copywriting, and handled the day-to-day posting as well as community management. We also implemented a quarterly social metrics program providing content insights and recommendations.
What We Accomplished
We brought the SureCall social media channels to life and ensured there was a strategic approach that built awareness within their target audiences. We developed a unique brand persona and brand guidelines that created a consistent voice and tone across social. We increased content cadence significantly, and grew and nurtured community month over month.
