I’m back from the In Goop Health Summit and feel

I’m back from the In Goop Health Summit and feeling totally inspired. The event brings together a group of thought leaders for conversations on physical, mental, emotional, and sexual well-being with lots of female empowerment sprinkled in. They truly created such a meaningful experience with powerhouse speakers like Vanessa Marin and Ella Bell Smith, followed by Gwyneth’s panel with Cameron Brink, Beatrice Dixon, and Trina Spear.

It was all just so incredibly well done. newbalance was the sponsor and the entire goop team sported their new line in the prettiest neutral-y beige colors. Milk Studios was flawless and all of the pop-ups were perfection - makeup, hair, massage, tarot, B12 shots, functional elixirs, fragrances, crystals, lingerie, athleisure, all the best Goop products, and so much more.

It was a whirlwind of a weekend down in LA with my PIC and business/leadership coach, alimdunn, but we were both so glad we made the effort and spent the time. We met lots of female founders and it was great to mingle and browse around in a space I feel so damn passionate about, more than ever these days - women’s health and wellness - and to be surrounded by so many other likeminded ambitious females. And did I mention that gift bag! 🤤

Hope to go back again, thanks for everything gwynethpaltrow. Your life’s work is truly something special.✨
