We partnered with SkinSpirit to develop a social media strategy and organic content program to educate key audiences, build brand awareness, and ultimately boost product sales and new customers.We executed on the strategy by bringing the content to life. We created all of the content and templates for Instagram and Instagram Stories, and we led editorial calendar development and creative direction for all graphic designs.
What We Accomplished
We successfully built a consistent content program that spoke directly to SkinSpirit’s target audiences – existing and potential clients, practitioners, and industry experts.We saw a direct increase in community growth and content shareability, and we cultivated a highly engaged online community through unique 1:1 brand experiences, such as IG Live events, promos, and consistent daily CM-ing.
- We enhanced the overall look and feel of the Instagram grid to better align with their high-end luxury brand aesthetic, and we developed a robust content library with 50+ pre-planned Instagram photos and captions.
