We partnered with QuickBooks Self-Employed, an accounting software company to develop their first digital content series highlighting QBSE customer advocates. We managed the process of outreach and identification of customer advocates, the content shoots, and the development of the digital content in the form of the social media photos, videos and blogs.What We Accomplished
We vetted 25+ customers and hosted 4 in-person interviews, captured on video and photo. We highlighted their self-employed journey and unique use of the QuickBooks product and promoted the content on owned and earned channels.The social media content created from the customers stories program has been some of the highest performing on the QuickBooks social media channels to date.
